Le site arch\u00e9ologique de Porto das Lajes, partiellement fouill\u00e9, correspond \u00e0 une structure d\u2019habitation et agricole du VIe si\u00e8cle a.C. (\u00c2ge du Fer), d\u2019utilisation probablement saisonni\u00e8re, et qui pourrait \u00eatre associ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019agriculture dans la vall\u00e9e fertile pr\u00e8s de Rio Mira, tr\u00e8s proche.<\/p>

Cette construction est organis\u00e9e en deux blocs, s\u00e9par\u00e9s par un espace central, constitu\u00e9s par une zone r\u00e9sidentielle (o\u00f9 l\u2019on peut identifier un espace de foyer) et des espaces de stockage et d\u2019abri pour les animaux. Aujourd\u2019hui il n\u2019y a que les bases de la structure, en ma\u00e7onnerie de pierre, qui supportaient les murs en pis\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le circuit arch\u00e9ologique auquel le Castro da Cola appartient dispose d\u2019un Centre d\u2019Accueil et d\u2019Interpr\u00e9tation, situ\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de l\u2019\u00c9glise de Notre Dame de Cola, qui a des conditions pour la visite de personnes avec mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite (fauteuils roulants, landaus de b\u00e9b\u00e9).\u00a0
